I can't find any servers on the map!!

I got the Netduma r3 and finished setting it up and I can see the server's ping numbers on the side in the Geofilter but not a single server on the map itself 

I mean the whole map is empty

What device is it that you are playing on?

Set your geo-filter, reboot the R3, wait 2 minutes then reboot your device, does it work then?

What web browser/device are you using to access the interface?

I'm using Google chrome and I have ps5 and I did reboot the r3 and nothing is showing on the map for all games 

Just showing the pings and there location on the right side

That's Ping Heatmap, it just pings servers, what you want/need to use is the Geo-Filter
