Hi all,

The setup went great last night but have 2 issues when I run the ping stability test and speed test it doesn't do anything.  Last night I restart the r3 a few times and nothing.  So I got up early before work and factory reset but nothing.  I can get my rated speed on speed test online through a browser so that's not big issue since i set it manually.  I'm mainly trying to get the ping stabilization turned on.

I tried to turn geo filter on and off, tried the geo settings strict on off and fast search on off, turned off all the smart boost changed the congestion control from 1% to 100% on both settings turned on the full test settings for ping and tried all the congestion control options auto, on, low lat and in that same area looked at the expert but same thing so turned it back to simple mode.  Do you have any idea?  One thing i have not tried it said it updated but do i have to manually update the firmware??  didn't try that route

For Ping Optimizer we're aware it's not 100% reliable at the moment, we know the cause and are working on a fix, in the meantime if it's not providing the results you want it would be best to utilize Congestion Control manually.

When there is an update available for the router it will appear in the bottom left of the interface as a green icon, you'll be able to click on this, see what the firmware includes and then upgrade it from there.
