Just to humor you, i set it up again as you have described and as you can see it still doesnt seem to work.

Maybe im missing something here?? I hope its just something im doing wrong.

My ISP is starlink, if it matters at all. Ive seen other users on here using starlink and it seemed to work fine.

I didn't see you mention which Gen dishy you're using, but if using Gen2 is the Starlink router in bypass?

Is the PC directly connected to the R3 or are you going through an AP, Switch, Extender etc?

please sens betafw for test ,,,thank you

I've sent you the firmware in PM. Probably Steady Ping increasing the ping which it does by design.

We haven't added the finals to heatmap yet

I managed to fix it, for some reason plugging the router directly into the starlink dish caused many of the features to just stop working.. the internet worked fine?

anyway to others with the same problem iun the future, you have to passthrough your starlink router.

Sorry for late reply, NYE! That's great to hear, so the Starlink still have routing functionality and was presumably impacting the traffic in some way. Thanks for the update. We haven't had many Starlink users so this is great for us to keep in mind for others.

No need to apologize, trust me I've been doing this a long time now and try not to take anything personally (I mean I didn't create the software after all!) and I've had people come across way worse than you did (didn't even notice it tbh!) and I know it's just because they're frustrated and that's what I'm here for to turn frustration into hopefully a solution that leaves everyone happy. Happy New Year!
