Ping stabiliser no longer working

Hi All, 

My R3 has been working like a dream until I clicked the new green update button and my Ping stabiliser no longer works . See screenshot below  this suggest I need to add my gaming device but that is already added . I have re booted a few times but it does not work . Any guidance would be appreciated

That is strange, if you clear your browser cache/cookies and refresh the page does it appear then?

HI Fraser , I tried everything from the forums and browsers even switched to chrome and nothing worked . Eventually re set to factory and its back now hopefully to stay fingers crossed

Glad it's working again, I have passed it onto the team so we'll be taking a look at that issue.
