Need some assistance setting up R3

Hey there. Hope you all are doing well. I need some assistance with setting up R3 in a way that it wont affect my wife's work. She said that she is getting messages on team on her mobile before and on her laptop like after 20 mints. ATM i only have my GAMING pc setup as priority device. Will giving top priority to WORK FROM HOME and adding my wife's laptop to priority devices will fix the issue she's facing. or do i have to do some other settings too?

It doesn't have to be top priority but yes setting it as a priority is likely to help with that situation. Is the R3 in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router if applicable?
