Satiros Posted December 19, 2023 Posted December 19, 2023 Is there something wrong with the netduma lately? I open game geofilter does the check and find all servers etc etc. After a while no servers at all are shown at the map. Eventually it will find a match but I have no idea where I'm connected cause there's nothing shown. I've done the delete device, resync etc troubleshoot but it only works for 1 match. After that again I dont see anything in the map. Any ideas? Thanks
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 19, 2023 Administrators Posted December 19, 2023 What router and firmware version are you on? You won't necessarily see servers until you're in the game and will see the one you're connected to, are you zoomed out fully on the map?
Satiros Posted December 19, 2023 Author Posted December 19, 2023 I'm on r2 but not sure about firmware. I'll check it tomorrow. I'm talking about in game. When it finds a match and I'm playing it, the map doesnt show anything. So I don't know where I'm connected to. Yes I'm fully zoomed out
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 19, 2023 Administrators Posted December 19, 2023 What device are you playing on? Does the IP on that device if you look in its network settings match the IP on the device you think it is in the Device Manager?
Satiros Posted December 20, 2023 Author Posted December 20, 2023 im on xbox and just checked the ip. its the same. so the correct device is in duma. after all the only device which is connected to duma is the xbox
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 21, 2023 Administrators Posted December 21, 2023 Make your Geo-Filter settings then reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then reboot the console and see if it works properly then please
Satiros Posted December 21, 2023 Author Posted December 21, 2023 ok i did what you suggested. Now it finds a connection inside my radius but it doesnt connect to it so i can start the match. Im not using ping assist just the radius. Also, if that means anything, the in game ping when searching for a match it stucks. Sometimes at 87ms sometimes at 100 etc.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 21, 2023 Administrators Posted December 21, 2023 Okay so it's fully filtering based on your radius now?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 21, 2023 Administrators Posted December 21, 2023 Okay that's great to hear, thank you for the update
