No internet connection

Just received my R3 connected it to my virgin hub 5 which is in modem mode but start of the duma os setup it’s saying no internet connection?

Managed to get internet connection but now stuck on waiting for dumaos to load

I had all kinds of issues as well. The one thing that helped me was to let the router boot up first, then plug in the modem. Had similar issues with the XR500 and this fixed it.

I’ve been having this issue as well since yesterday when I received the router, you’ll have wait for fraser to help you out

It sorted itself out closed chrome retried and it worked , all set up now

Yes, it worked yesterday, and now today unable to get into the interface after entering my login credentials. Once I enter the login credentials, I get the dumaos loading screen & then DumaOS is taking a while to load

Were there any specific settings you changed after you were able to login yesterday? If you reboot the router and wait 4 minutes can you access then?

The only thing I changed was the password for wifi
