Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 18, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 18, 2023 Are you using a web browser or the DumaOS app? Does it work if you go to either of these links? http://dumaos or http://192.168.77.1 Was any setting changed prior to the issue happening? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 5 Administrators Share Posted January 5 It could also be due to IPv6 potentially, if you disable that in LAN/WAN do you see it again?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 7 Administrators Share Posted January 7 I've sent you .23 via PM, upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting. Would recommend a factory reset once it's complete

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 9 Administrators Share Posted January 9 Try disabling SmartBOOST fully from the menu icon > Settings, if that doesn't help the team are looking into it so should get a fix soon
PharmDawgg
When I have gotten this error before trying to access my R3 on the app I have found a workaround by turning off my wifi convection on my phone (ie airplane mode or disabling/reenabling the wifi. After about 30secs I was able to access the R3 on the app. I’m not sure if this will work for everyone but it may give you another option over having to reboot the router.
