Hi Fraser,

All sorted. I had changed the name of the router but had forgot to reboot.

Apologies for wasting your time. You have the patience of a saint!

Ahh no worries, well done for getting it sorted. Not a waste at all, that's what I'm here for, thanks!

Hi Fraser, still have the internal server issue. I have to reboot me router every day to log into Dumaos app or browser. I have disabled smart boost but still getting this issue. Any advice?

Hi Fraser,

I have just tried this now. So I will revert back tomorrow with the result.

Many thanks

Hi Fraser,

Tried to login this morning and still getting the internal server error. Very frustrating, IPV6 disabled along with smart boost etc.

Currently running version 21. This morning is the first without the error so I will revert back later today to see if I'm still getting the errror

What firmware version are you on currently? I could send you .23 which might help

Back to unknown error occurred which has now replaced internal server error. How would I go about installing version 23?

I've sent you .23 via PM, upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting. Would recommend a factory reset once it's complete

Hi Fraser,

Version .23 seems to be working well. I've had no issues for the past 2 days or so. Thanks a million

Try disabling SmartBOOST fully from the :r3menu menu icon > Settings, if that doesn't help the team are looking into it so should get a fix soon

When I have gotten this error before trying to access my R3 on the app I have found a workaround by turning off my wifi convection on my phone (ie airplane mode or disabling/reenabling the wifi. After about 30secs I was able to access the R3 on the app. I’m not sure if this will work for everyone but it may give you another option  over having to reboot the router.

Phone: iOS

DumaOS version: 4.0.41
