Okay thank you, I'll speak to the team to see if they have any suggestions, otherwise we'll see if we can reproduce and find the issue to fix

I've included the link to this topic in the bug report so once that's been looked at and commented on I can update you. Most likely though we'll get a new firmware ready and I can give it to you to try.

Tried that, and now it just queues forever. I disabled geo-latency, ping assist, i have strict mode on, I tried with both fast search on and off, and I restarted both steam and my PC. Weird thing is the first time I cancel queue after waiting for a while, it only then pops up on the map. But if I requeue, then it no longer searches at all. I don't know what's wrong with it

Sounds like you may have your radius too strict, how big is it?

The devs would like to organize a remote session to take a look at this issue with you further tomorrow, please follow these instructions:

  1. Download Anydesk from here: https://anydesk.com/en-gb/downloads/windows
  2. Ensure you are connected to the R3 and on the router interface and are able to attempt game searches at the same time at the session
  3. Let us know here when you're ready tomorrow
  4. Me or dev will ask you to PM them the Anydesk ID at the top of the program
