It depends what the cause is, thank you for the logs, I'll pass that onto the team. If its what I thought it was, change the lease time to 900 minutes. If that is the cause it should happen about 3 hours later so around 4am, I would think you're probably asleep then so you won't notice if it happens again. It could be the DHCP lease renewing potentially and taking too long for the connection to recover Ok will do thanks

It’s constantly happening. I can’t play for more than a few minutes and the hardwired connection kicks me off. My phone never disconnects from WiFi so I know it’s not my AT&T modem/router. I have dhcp setup with a static ip with my pc. I have the wan ip for my netduma setup static in my AT&T so that never changes. I’m not sure what else to try. I almost want to just return this and go back to my basic AT&T setup.

I’ve tried disabling all features that affect the server I would connect to. It’s also doing it when I’m not playing. I can be in discord talking and browsing the forums and it still disconnects but my phone still works with WiFi. I tried new Ethernet cables that didn’t help. I tried disconnecting the netduma and just reconnecting straight to the AT&T modem and it doesn’t drop connection at all. I may try resetting to factory settings and see if that helps

Id say 10-15 minutes later it disconnected me while i was browsing the internet around 4:00pm eastern time. 6 hours later i got back on and its still disconnecting me. I grabbed 2 logs when it back to back disconnected me both within 5 minutes of each other. leg ending in 254 is the first log. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 19 Administrators Share Posted January 19 Thanks for that, looks like port 4 is where you're losing connection, if you plug the device into one of the other ports do you see the same issue?

I don’t have anything plugged into port 4, just 1-3 my pc is plugged into 1 but it does the same thing no matter what port I plug it into
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 19 Administrators Share Posted January 19 There definitely seems to be something with port 4, in LAN Settings does it show anything for port 4? I'm wondering if it's thinking port 1 is port 4 for example. If not could you just plug something into port 4 and see if it continues please? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 13 Administrators Share Posted February 13 For the disconnect issue, the team are asking, when you get the issue: On command prompt, enter ping google.com and provide a screenshot of the results Then enter ping 8.8.8.8 and provide a screenshot of the results Check if the UI loads ok Are there any specific symptoms that caused it to happen? i.e. IPv6 connection, playing a game while watching a YouTube video or a teams call?
