Kahari Posted November 28, 2023 Posted November 28, 2023 My XR500 will not load into the interface when I login. It gives me the message “netduma will take up 4 mins to load. If it takes more than 4 minutes try resetting your router.” I’ve done that and it hasn’t worked. Finally I tried factory resetting and now that I’ve done that, for some reason when I try logging in (on a web browser) to set up my router, it gives me an error or says “DumaOs is not running!” Need help because this is becoming a headache..
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 28, 2023 Administrators Posted November 28, 2023 Give it a reboot, wait 4 minutes then attempt access, if it still does it go to routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm and re-install the firmware, wait 4 minutes then access and see if it works please
Kahari Posted November 28, 2023 Author Posted November 28, 2023 The routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm worked allowing me into my router to configure my password, speed etc. However when I try to login and access the interface, it constantly loads and gives me an error. (See pics below)
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 28, 2023 Administrators Posted November 28, 2023 Take the dumaweb part out of the URL, does that allow you to load? If not if you try with the IP instead does that work?
Kahari Posted November 28, 2023 Author Posted November 28, 2023 Also tried reinstalling the firmware like you suggested and still getting the same result in the pictures.
Kahari Posted November 28, 2023 Author Posted November 28, 2023 Tried both with the IP address and without adding the dumaweb. When I take out the dumaweb part, it starts the process of the first picture and adds the dumaweb to the web address. When I do the IP address, it just adds the dumaweb part and I get the same result as in the pictures.
Administrators Featured Comment Netduma Fraser Posted November 28, 2023 Administrators Featured Comment Posted November 28, 2023 Did you upgrade to the intermediary firmware and then to the correct version?
Kahari Posted November 28, 2023 Author Posted November 28, 2023 No I didn’t. I just reinstalled the correct version. I’ll try that and let you know. Netduma Fraser 1
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 29, 2023 Administrators Posted November 29, 2023 Great to hear that, thanks for the update! Kahari 1
