Chrstphrcrtr98
Can i please get admin support for updating my firmware. Ive tried factory resetting my router, unplugging it and re plugging it, using different bowsers and i have no success on upgrading my firmware. Thanks in advance. When i try to upgrade, its just stuck in a loading phase forever. Ive been at it for hours and i dont know what else to do
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 17, 2023 Administrators Share Posted November 17, 2023 You're doing it via WiFi so it's probably disconnected you and may have reconnected you to your ISP WiFi. Sign back in and see if it worked, if not do the upgrade with a wired PC
Chrstphrcrtr98
Yes i signed back in and made sure i wasnt connected back to my isp router and also tried wired pc. No success at all
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 17, 2023 Administrators Share Posted November 17, 2023 Is it giving you any sort of error at all when doing it via ethernet? Clear your browser cache/cookies - it may be the version number is cached and it actually has upgraded.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 18, 2023 Administrators Share Posted November 18, 2023 I see you're accessing the interface using dumaos, use the IP address instead 192.168.77.1 then try the upgrade again please
Chrstphrcrtr98
It just keeps telling me to “retry upload” i even tried to download a new file and factory reset again and clear cache/cookies again and still no success

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 18, 2023 Administrators Share Posted November 18, 2023 Okay, copy the WAN IP from the System Information page and enter that in your ISP modem/router DMZ (if you're not using modem/bridge mode), disable IPv6 on the ISP modem/router (if applicable) and from the R2 in LAN/WAN, enable remote support in WAN then post back here with a device connected to the R2 and we can try forcing an upgrade through remotely on Monday. Chrstphrcrtr98
Okay how do i get to my isp modem dmz and whats R2. Sorry im not familiar with networking
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 18, 2023 Administrators Share Posted November 18, 2023 You would access it in the same way with its IP - it should be printed on the bottom of the ISP modem/router. The R2 is the router you're currently seeking support for, the DumaOS router
