JoeyCarr9 Posted November 7, 2023 Share Posted November 7, 2023 Hello, I have a Spectrum EN2251 modem that I plugged the Netduma R2 directly into. I reset the modem before doing so and then turned everything on. All of the lights on both the modem and router both indicate things are functional and internet should be active, but my PC still says "No Internet" for both the ethernet and wifi connections. I try to access DumaOS and go through the setup wizard but I can't get past the "Maximum Bandwith" page (unable to click Next). I have contacted my ISP to confirm the modem is working and that the Netduma R2 is supported by the modem. I've tried resetting the R2, unplugging the ethernet cable from my PC, restarting my PC, etc. but nothing works. Any help is appreciated, as I'm using the R2 as part of a review! Thank you. First, check that the cable that goes from your ISP modem to R2 is well connected on the R2 side, it should be connected to the blue connector. If that is correct, I would check with your ISP if it requires using PPPOE or Vlan, since from what I can see it is pure modem from your ISP Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
