Quing 2 party’s in to the same lobby

Hi I currently have 11 consoles that use to something on cod. I’m using geo filter to directly connect to only serves with 12 ping or low to try and increase the success of 2 party’s of 6 getting in to the same lobby. This does work to an extent 

do you guys suggest any other ways of possibly doing this or forcing this
