XR500 & BT Full Fibre 900

Hello,

I've recently moved into a house that has fibre to the premises. I'm setting up my XR500 which i factory reset and it's all connected but i'm getting conflicting results when it comes to speed.

If I ask the XR500 to auto detect my speed I get the attached image "Duma Speeds"

If I run a speed test i get the attached image "SpeedofMe Test"

If I run a speed test on my Xbox I get the attached image "Xbox Speed Test"

Is there a reason for such different results?

Everything is hardwired, the XR500 is plugged directly into the ONT, I'm not using the BT Smart Hub.

Because each test uses a different test server!

Upgrade the speeds your ISP is supposed to provide to the XR500.

Otherwise you can use a tool like iperf https://iperf.fr/iperf-download.php#windows !

As above, manually enter the speeds you expect/pay for and you'll be good, you can ignore any lower speed tests then as long as you're getting expected speeds on speedtest.net for example.
