Traffic Prioritization - "Work at Home" is disabled, but still being prioritised

Have gone through 3 "reset optimiser", and factory resetting my router which all have done nothing. I continue to have massive lag spikes in MW3 Beta and EAFC 24.

My average ping on both games is 3-10ms and the console has been prioritised, I do not recall this issue when it was a paid service which was maybe around a year ago which is when I had last used it.

Generally when this happens it's because an application/service in this case something related to Work At Home was at the time being used/prioritized and is continuing to be used when you turned it off. If this sounds applicable to you, make sure whatever the culprit is stopped/disconnected, wait a few minutes then you can disable it and it shouldn't prioritize from then on.
