No internet coming out of the Netduma r2, im using a Sagemcom 3890V3 Modem/Router.

I need help figuring out what's the problem, there's no internet coming out of the Netduma r2 when connected to and setup to Sagemcom 3890V3 modem/router. I connected a switch to the sagemcom and its the same no internet. Is there any solution to this.

@Peace74Did you reboot the modem after connecting it to the R2?

@Peace74So it was connected and you rebooted and still no access if so then try rebooting the R2 by unplugging it or power cycling from interference

@Peace74You can possibly refresh the dhcp and that might work you just click save under dhcp on the R2 interference should be on settings

Just to clarify, you connected a switch, do you mean you did sagecom > switch > R2 with no internet or you did sagecom > switch with no internet?

Do you see the R2 as a device connected on the sagecom interface?

When I didnt get any internet out of the R2 I tried to connect a switch to the sagemcom modem/router with same result no internet. So is it my isp that's the problem or is it the netduma R2.
