Hello, may I ask what you recommend to set on Netduma R2 Qos settings? I play online fps and I stream on Kick simultaneously, which percentage should I give to gaming and to streaming?

Hi,
It all depends on your connection (ul/dl speed), the game itself does not need a lot of bandwidth unlike streaming depending on the resolution you want to share.

Firstly, what is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and do you have ALL devices connected to the R2? You don't necessarily need to change Bandwidth Allocation but as above what are your speeds? We usually recommend a starting point of 70/70 for Congestion Control and then experimenting from there to see what works best for you.

How is the modem setup, is it in bridge/modem mode or have you put the R2 in its DMZ?

I don't think you need to use Bandwidth Allocation in your scenario, you have plenty. As long as you have Congestion Control active (starting at 70%, changing if you feel it can be improved) and Traffic Prioritization enabled to prioritize your Gaming you'll be good to go.

R2 is in DMZ. If I set 70% on congestion control will this percentage be dedicated to gaming and streaming and the other 30% to everything else? Does it work like that?

thanks

No it doesn't work like that, it ensures your connection cannot be saturated i.e. all used up which is when bufferbloat/lag can occur
