Traffic prioritization not loading on XR500 V2.3.2.134-dumaos33-rc14

Hello all.

XR 500

I upgraded from the most recent available firmware to the beta.

Mobile seems to be working as intended on IOS, but now the traffic prioritization never loads. It does seem to be working as the packet counts under prioritized are increasing but the section to adjust on desktop browser seems to not load. 

I updated to the intermediate firmware first.

Then it gave the incorrect image when trying to go to the beta.

So I went to the rc10 version first.

then upgraded to the rc14.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

@DanaDid you hard reset after upgrading versions?

Thanks for the response. I actually just went through and did another factory reset and upgraded the firmware again. That seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks!
