Decided to connect my r2 again and it’s not connecting to internet

I’m trying to connect my r2 to my internet I recently changed my isp provider and I thought it would be good to connect my r2 to it, however once I connected it I can’t access the internet can’t even access the os. It says it connects then disconnects from the internet. The modem I’m trying to connect to is a frontier frx523. I’ve tried turning the modem off for 2 min and the r2 for 2 min but it hasn’t worked.

Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and see if that works please.
