JediK Posted July 8, 2023 Posted July 8, 2023 Geo-Filter no longer identifies the server connected on the map. I've removed the device and set up again, still nothing. Playing on PC.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 8, 2023 Administrators Posted July 8, 2023 Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.

JediK Posted July 16, 2023 Author Posted July 16, 2023 Yes, still doesn't work. Doesn't ping the server I'm attached to so no way of even knowing but matchmaking doesn't work like it used to.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 16, 2023 Administrators Posted July 16, 2023 Could you clarify, is the issue that the Geo-Filter isn't showing the server when you're in a game or it isn't pinging the server when playing?
JediK Posted July 18, 2023 Author Posted July 18, 2023 No servers appear in the geo filter map at any time. Auto-Ping will not show anything at any time.
