Do NOT VPN these services means it will apply to the entire device except for any rules you add. Only VPN these services means it will only apply to the specific rules you've made. In your example: MyRig - The VPN is applying to ports 443 (TCP) & 3074 (UDP), all other ports your device may use will use your normal connection. PS5 - The VPN is applying to all ports except 443 (TCP) & 3074 (UDP) which will use your normal connection. PS3 - Same as PS5 XBOXSX - Same as PS5 If your intention is to get servers there then yes I would recommend using the Geo-Filter as normal and moving the location to LA.
