hi i cant seem to get my ping map to work now since the update keep getting the same thing come up. then i press force update but nothing happens 

Downloading data from the cloud has failed. Make sure you are connected to the internet, or the cloud servers are down.

Hello, welcome to the forum!

We did do a potential fix today but if not it will be tomorrow. If you resync from the Ping Heatmap menu :menu does it then load correctly?
