Can't login to DumaOS

I applied a new IP and gateway.

When i try to login via gateway..it asks me for my serial #.  I apply it, answer the security questions and rhen goto reset password page. Apply new password 2x and it doesn't take, just takes me back to the serial# page

Re-enter the URL manually and use the IP address, see if that then allows you to login correctly
