BioNico Posted April 6, 2023 Posted April 6, 2023 Hi ! Recently I have upgraded from 300mb fttp to 900mb fttp package. In the past I had no issues reaching 300mb on R2 however 900mb seams to be a problem. At the moment I get around 530mb on R2 and ISP Smarthub2 is able to get 950mb+ either on speedtest, BT line test or even on XBOX. My R2 is connected to GPON terminal via PPPoE. I have looked at the guides and disabled port scans, IPv6, QoS etc but without any change to the speed. Is R2 even able to get speed around 900mb ?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 6, 2023 Administrators Posted April 6, 2023 Have you put the R2 in the DMZ on the BT Hub and are ALL devices connected to the R2? It definitely is capable of getting up to those speeds - what speedtests are you doing?
