XR1000 Firmware 1.0.0.68

Recommended Posts

In the latest firmwares menu it appears that there is a new version for XR1000- 1.0.0.68. When clicking the link it gets to the netgear page where there is only older 1.0.0.64 version.

Is it a mistake or the newer firmware really exists?

I have a copy of this firmware XR1000-V1.0.0.68_1.0.54.chk as it was pulled never installed it as none of the below bugs affected me apart from really the security fixes.

I was hoping for a much bigger firmware update.

The firmware was uploaded by mistake and therefore having it installed could give you unforeseen issues as it may not have been fully tested, I would recommend downgrading until a solid release is available
