If like me you are satisfied with Windows 10 or you have a backup or disk then you can free up some HDD space by getting rid of your previous OS.

1) Type

disk clean up

in the search bar located on your Windows 10 taskbar and click enter:

2) Check all the boxes unless you have a reason not to, now DO NOT CLICK OK you want to click CLEAN UP SYSTEM FILES:

Let it scan untill the boxes appear again:

Notice the one that says "Previous Windows Installations 47GB" thats your old OS and its taking up  lot of space :), when you have checked all boxes hit OK.

3) It will ask to if you are sure< go ahead and hit Delete Files:

4) It may ask if your are sure again so if you are hit OK.

5) Now just let it run, it will take some time.

6) when its done you should have a bit more free space left on your HDD.
