It's been several days that Modern Warfare 2 on Ping Heatmap isn't showing any servers. Are there gonna a fix for that any time soon?

Yes we will do a cloud update, due to the holidays we're not able to do it as quickly as usual, we should be able to do so on Tuesday.

Just out of interest, what is the procedure at your end in order to update the cloud?

Is it a completely manual process in which you have to go through a list of servers to identify which are dedicated servers?

Isn't there a way of automating this process so manual intervention isn't needed?

We've been doing a lot to automate it as much as possible but there are still aspects that require manual intervention, the hope of course is to make it completely automatic
