Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 13, 2022 Administrators Share Posted December 13, 2022 Just to be clear, is this a memory issue you're seeing on the game/console? Doesn't sound like a network issue, more like a game/console bug. How much free space does your console have?
dav581005
It is an error in the game and I didn't think it would be the router either but it only happens when I use the geofilter if I stop filtering it doesn't happen I am wondering if it is blocking a needed server as it plays the match just fine but then errors after the match has ended when it shows the xp earned and stuff I have over 200gb free on console it might not even have anything to do with memory as such maybe just a generic error code
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 13, 2022 Administrators Share Posted December 13, 2022 When the error appears look on the Geo-Filter Map with it fully zoomed out, do you see anything blocked? If you do ping it and add it to your allow list, if you could then provide us with the ID as well we can whitelist it.

dav581005
Thanks for your help it seems it is a game bug and nothing to do with the network I tried what you said and couldn't find any blocked servers so I tried unplugging the R1 and after a few games I got the error again so it must have just been coincidence that it happened when I used the R1 and didn't without I think if I had tried for longer without I would have got the error and wouldn't have wasted your time again thanks very much for your help Netduma Fraser
