davewhit Posted December 11, 2022 Share Posted December 11, 2022 Hi guys need advise i have a virgin Hub 4 and Nighthawk XR500, last week i had to take out of modem mode as virgin updating the router, they didnt so i put it back into modem mode but now for some reason i have Internet but my internet light on the nighthawk isd Amber and i dont have wifi, i have tried everything. if i take it out of modem mode all ok but i cannot access the Nighthawk router to change anything. Any help. cables have not been change or the virgin Hub and as far as i am aware the virgin guys didnt even touch my PCV or router Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 11, 2022 Administrators Share Posted December 11, 2022 I'd recommend using VM in router mode with the XR in its DMZ, that's what I always did and found it to be more stable.
