Hybrid VPN issues on XR500

Recommended Posts

Hello, I can not connect my router to a vpn client for some reason. It worked for about a week but it no longer works. I have tried using Express VPN, Nord VPN, and Pure VPN. None will even connect to the server. Using PureVPN since it is the easiest it will not connect it just continuously says "connecting" but never connects. I get an error that is as follows:

Welcome to the forum!

That initially suggests an issue with the config file/your credentials for authentication.

A way to verify this would be to download the OpenVPN client for Desktop and try connecting to the VPN using the same config file and credentials. Let us know if that's working or if you're having the same issue.
