1.0.0.64 update won’t let me use my geo filter

Good morning since I updated from the .52 to .64 update I can’t get to my geo filter anymore I get error’s saying the rapps not loaded yet. Any reason why? Thanks.

Did you do a factory reset after the upgrade? That's the most common reason this would occur after an upgrade.

Yes I had to factory reset it works now but it won’t let me set my geo filter to my home address is that possible? The options there?

Are you trying to type the address in? If so set it manually by selecting the option to click on the map, does that work?

No it doesn’t work.

So when you click this icon  then click on the map, what happens?

It lets me place that icon on different states like normal. But the house icon doesn’t do anything.

So it doesn't ask you for your address or you enter it and it doesn't set?

It doesn’t give me a place to inter my address

Try a different web browser/in an incognito window and see if it allows you to then please

We may have to look into that then, do you have an Adblocker on the web browser? Are you forcing a connection to the interface using HTTPS?

I don’t know what you mean by force a connection? No ad blocker or anything. I do use safari but chrome does the same thing and Firefox.

Alright we will look into it, in the meantime use the manual way to select your location. The location doesn’t need to be pin point accurate so it won’t negatively affect you doing it this way.
