Doughboy Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 Good morning since I updated from the .52 to .64 update I can’t get to my geo filter anymore I get error’s saying the rapps not loaded yet. Any reason why? Thanks.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 16, 2022 Administrators Posted September 16, 2022 Did you do a factory reset after the upgrade? That's the most common reason this would occur after an upgrade.
Doughboy Posted September 16, 2022 Author Posted September 16, 2022 Yes I had to factory reset it works now but it won’t let me set my geo filter to my home address is that possible? The options there?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 16, 2022 Administrators Posted September 16, 2022 Are you trying to type the address in? If so set it manually by selecting the option to click on the map, does that work?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 16, 2022 Administrators Posted September 16, 2022 So when you click this icon then click on the map, what happens?
Doughboy Posted September 16, 2022 Author Posted September 16, 2022 It lets me place that icon on different states like normal. But the house icon doesn’t do anything.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 16, 2022 Administrators Posted September 16, 2022 So it doesn't ask you for your address or you enter it and it doesn't set?
Doughboy Posted September 17, 2022 Author Posted September 17, 2022 It doesn’t give me a place to inter my address
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 17, 2022 Administrators Posted September 17, 2022 Try a different web browser/in an incognito window and see if it allows you to then please
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 18, 2022 Administrators Posted September 18, 2022 We may have to look into that then, do you have an Adblocker on the web browser? Are you forcing a connection to the interface using HTTPS?
Doughboy Posted September 20, 2022 Author Posted September 20, 2022 I don’t know what you mean by force a connection? No ad blocker or anything. I do use safari but chrome does the same thing and Firefox.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22, 2022 Administrators Posted September 22, 2022 Use these links specifically and see if it works: http://192.168.77.1 http://dumaos
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 27, 2022 Administrators Posted September 27, 2022 Alright we will look into it, in the meantime use the manual way to select your location. The location doesn’t need to be pin point accurate so it won’t negatively affect you doing it this way. Doughboy 1
