How can i use hbridVPN for cod and streaming as the same time without lagg ?

Using a VPN in general will add latency and so we don't usually advise it for gaming or streaming. Are you wanting to VPN both or one or the other? If you want to VPN then the best way to limit the additional latency is to choose the closest server possible to your actual location.

I want to vpn the game only... my location but not the streaming  !

What platform are you playing on and are you playing/streaming from the same device? E.g playing on console and using their in built streaming?

I am on pc. I use only one pc and i use my AMD GPU software to stream through

Okay so two ways of doing it, add your PC with Do NOT VPN these services then add a rule for the port that streaming uses, or you can use Only VPN these services and then input the ports that the game uses.

how can i find the port for the streaming tho ?

Depending on your streaming software it may tell you in settings, otherwise you can find it online and depending on where you look that may differ but TCP 1935 is the main one as far as I am aware.
