Upgrading R2 Firmware from v3.0.394 to v.3.2.453

I have missed some firmware updates and am not able to find the other releases of the firmware. Is it safe to directly upgrade to v3.2.453 from v3.0.394?

I believe v3.0.394 was the last firmware before v3.2.453 was released. Firmware v3.1 was used for internal testing and never released to the public. You can see all the firmware versions that have been released for the R2 at http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000091217-latest-firmwares.

Ah my bad. I haven't been following the updates so I thought I missed out on a lot of updates.
