Duma OS does not load

Hi, not logged on to the duma os r2 settings for a month or so, it’s not loading. 
 

the iPhone app says Unknown Error Occurred 

 

the website just infinite loads

Could you try accessing using a PC please and see if you get the same issue?

You may also need to clear the browser cache/cookies on the phone to get it to load there.

Exact same on PC pal. Infinite loading and then ‘This rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute’

Unplug it from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then attempt access, does it load correctly then?
