XR1000 Wifi connected but no IP

Having issues with WiFi only, when I turn off say laptop or Xbox / washing machine the Wi-Fi on the device will connect but won't issue an IP - still issue been going on for sometime the only way to fix it is to restart router every time several times a-day - I had this issue before and was told to reserve the IP's but this still an on going issue. If this can't be fixed will be looking elsewhere for a different brand - thank guys.

On the devices that are having these issues - could you please give them a static IP from Settings -> Setup -> LAN setup.

Then, see if they are still having the same problem.
