Hi,

For some reason, I can't load the QoS section. I tried the app or any other browser on any other device and it just keeps loading and sometimes I get an error message, that I will try to reproduce.

Out of the blew I couldn't get on it anymore, like 2 updates ago, andere it never start working for me again, not after doing new updates or factory resets.

I am lucky it still loads the right settings from when I could get on it, but I am not able tot change anything which is pretty annoying.

Just to clarify, you're currently using an R2 right?

What firmware version are you currently running? After updating to the latest firmware, did you factory reset the R2? If not I'd certainly suggest doing so as that tends to resolve any weird issues after making a big firmware upgrade.

Hi, I have indeed a Netduma R2 I run R2 3.0.394 and I would like to stay on that one for now as everything else works perfectly! I download and upload with my full 1 Gigabyte connection, hybrid VPN, and and and wifi is good, the only thing that I can't load for the last 2 updates, no matter if I did factory reset between the updates is the QoS...

If the new update is the only solution I probably have to try that, but if you say we didn't change anything to the QoS loading then please tell me because I rather do not.

Greets and thank you for the super-fast reply. Like I said everything else works perfectly.

I managed to export the error log when I try to open the QoS through the Netduma android app or Browser.

I can send the log to your email if you want as for some reason I can't seem to attach it under my reply here.

I did add a screenshot from the initial error message.

Greets,

Fakkel

Unfortunately that log is just going to tell us that it wasn't able to get a response from QoS.

Could you try to load QoS in the regular desktop web browser view, then go to System Information and download a copy of the log file from there (Click the three-line menu in the top left of 'Logs').

If you could send that over to us, that may be more telling.
