Rylo
Just wondering why this happens, on the bottom of the router the MAC address ends in :13 but when I’m in the router settings it says it ends in :14 should I change it from default and put :13 or just leave it how it is
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted May 30, 2022 Administrators Share Posted May 30, 2022 Hi Rylo, This may be because the LAN and WAN addresses of the router are different. This is how it's meant to be. I'm not sure which one of those MAC addresses would be printed on the label. You don't need to change the MAC address in the settings, in fact I would recommend NOT doing this, as it may cause you to have the same MAC address on WAN and LAN. This might cause problems.
