TabooEtc Posted May 16, 2022 Share Posted May 16, 2022 I've been getting this error in multiple types of browsers When i click Geo-filter Map tab and page loads... "uncaught exception: Unmatched device" Add device then brings up NOTHING. Options in top left and profiles in bottom right seem to work ok. Any ideas here? Note QOS>Traffic Prioritization > "Add Device " button works fine. This is R2 with 3.0.394 fw. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This usually occurs when a device that has been added to the Geo-Filter has been deleted/removed from the Device Manager. You will either need to reconnect the device to the router and give it the same name/device type or do a factory reset to clear the error.
