I can not access the interface of the R2 on my laptop. When uploading the interface i'm greeted with -  DumaOS not loaded yet! Don't worry we will redirect you shortly - and nothing happens. 

This is not the first time this has happened. Last month the same thing, so i factory reset the router which was a big mistake as the router did restart but then would not connect to the internet. I had to revert back to my ISP router for a couple of weeks. I then tried the R2 again and it then seamed to have worked up until today and now again the same thing is happening. - I have since then factory reset my router for the problem to continue.

I bought this router for an easier life not to make it more frustrating and complicated. We have an autistic child who lives on the PS5 and needless to say he is very upset.

As it has happened before i suspect the router it self is the cause, can you please help asap so i could get back up and running.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. When that happens a reboot is all you need to do, reboot then wait 2 minutes and you should be able to access it then. While it is in that state you should still have internet as well. What firmware version are you on currently?
