cant access routerlogin page to change dumaos settings on pc?

What do you see when you try to access? Does accessing using the LAN IP work? 

Open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

I'm surprised it's working for the phone as it appears to be acting like a switch. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes and see if you can get access to complete the wizard and get internet. Did you change any settings such as DHCP prior to the issue occurring?
