Xr1000 FTTP PPPoE Connection issues

I have bought a Netgear xr1000 

I have BT FTTP, 

Wall modem - openreach / huewei single port

ISP router - Smart Hub 2 

I have removed ISP router as there is no bridge mode capability.

I have connected wall modem directly too XR100, I have gone through automatic setup where XR1000 has detected PPPoe DSL connection. After creating admin account settings I recieve a no Internet message. 

Please see pictures provided,

I have enabled no other settings, reset was carried out prior to setup

I look forward to your response

Okay great so apply then reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes and then see if it has internet, if not can you provide another screenshot of that page please? (Right side up if possible haha)

sorry i have no idea why the picture uploaded upside down, i hope you dont have a sore neck haha

 

i followed the steps above, still have no internet, please see all pictures/infomation attached.

I temporarily turned into an owl so all good :D

I'm seeing some conflicting posts online, could you try with capitals for the password so:

BT

then if that doesn't work don't put a password in at all and keep it blank. After you've applied make sure to do the reboot and wait before accessing to see if it works.
