Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 3, 2022 Administrators Share Posted April 3, 2022 Hey, welcome to the forum! Have you put the PPPoE details in the router? You hadn't specifically mentioned if you had done that. Also make sure it is set to Always connect as well.
BigBeattie22
@Netduma Fraser Thank you for the warm welcome, I have connection mode at: Always on Can you expand on your advice about the PPPoE details. Is this information found on the ISP interface? Thanks
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 3, 2022 Administrators Share Posted April 3, 2022 Have you entered the username/password then for PPPoE? You'd get it from the Smart Hub most likely or the ISP themselves
BigBeattie22
@Netduma Fraser Yes I have entered the ISP Username/Password for PPPoE After a Google search for my ISP (BT) has a generic Username/password See picture of current filled fields

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 3, 2022 Administrators Share Posted April 3, 2022 I temporarily turned into an owl so all good I'm seeing some conflicting posts online, could you try with capitals for the password so: BT then if that doesn't work don't put a password in at all and keep it blank. After you've applied make sure to do the reboot and wait before accessing to see if it works.
