fabigas Posted April 2, 2022 Share Posted April 2, 2022 hello netduma Team, i have a 50mbs down and 10mbs up vdsl connection. this is more then enough for playing fifa on ps4. whenever i am gaming My players feel like Stuck in mude.i notice allways the priorization rule Kicks in. but why? i have enoug mbs up and down. My connection test Shows a+ and My ping to Server is 11ms. so why My Player feel like Stuck? it litrrally feels like My packets are Stuck. Can someome See a reason? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 3, 2022 Administrators Share Posted April 3, 2022 The prioritization will kick in because you're gaming, if you don't want that to happen then you can disable it. It's very hard to diagnose the issue based on what we know so far, 11ms is your ping to the game as shown by the Geo-Filter/in game? Does the ping fluctuate? fabigas Posted April 3, 2022 Author Share Posted April 3, 2022 qos is Set to 70% sometimes 90%,allways, score a+, geofilter acitvated. i wonder why it Shows the counted packets, which are prioritiezed. normally there is enough mbs so that there should Not ne any prioritiezed Pack. So i think the Problem is in this section. the game feels like My packets are stocked in line. game is delayed by 1-2 Seconds. no fluctuation in ping to the server. i Tried every Server in Europe. i tracert the Servers. ping exactly the same, no delay in any hops. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 3, 2022 Administrators Share Posted April 3, 2022 That's not how the feature works, you've made a rule to prioritize those ports which is what the game uses when you're playing, therefore it will always prioritize when you're playing. Gaming barely uses any bandwidth so having high speeds makes no difference. You can try without the rule and see how it plays. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 3, 2022 Administrators Share Posted April 3, 2022 They mentioned it felt like lag which is what you feel you're experiencing as well, another person suggested: "I have had some success with the games problems after deleting saved games on the xbox storage." I don't think changing your ISP would help as from what I've seen it's down to the game. You could try disabling QoS completely as well just to test.
