Amazon Prime video On Roku

Amazon Prime video on my Roku ultra is extremely slow and I get an error message before it loads in German telling me that my internet connection is unstable. I have QOS enabled my roku is hardwired. If I connect directly to my ISP modem/router it works perfectly fine. I also have adblocker enabled. If I disable adblocker is loads slightly faster. My speeds are 128 down and 11 up. My qos settings are 95% down and 90% up. I have tried traffic prioritization and it doesn't help both using the prime video prioritization and all ports (1-65535). If i disable QOS it also does give the error message.

Thanks

It resolves the issue but these are options I would prefer to keep enabled if possible for obvious reasons. With adblocker dissabled on my roku it resolves it but with it enabled it doesn't.

Does Adblocker actually block ads on the Roku effectively? If not you can just disable it for the device itself and that will be fine. The issue is that the Adblocker and those protection options will be dropping packets so one of them needs to be disabled and probably best to disable Adblocker. If you have a look at the domains that come up when you have the specific issue try adding them to the whitelist, then you may be able to block ads and resolve the issue.

Most of the content that we watch doesn't have ads on it with adblocker disabled. I've narrowed it down that I have to have both the protection options disabled and to have the adblocker completely disabled for it work at a decent speed without the error code aswell. I was just wondering if the team can maybe work on this problem a little bit and update a fix for it in the future.

Whats weird, is that I didn't have an issue with this with the xr300 before I got the r2. I wouldn't mind allowing remote access for tech support to help the team to fix this issue.

Also I don't have any issues watching prime video on my mac and windows desktop

Interesting, if you enable both of those and disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu :menu does it still occur? Given it's speed related I would think QoS would have more to do with it
