Jeff15425
Hello, i need some help with my xr1000. I have philips hue sync box and for some reason it will not connect to the hue bridge. My last router was a r7000 and did not have any isues with this till i got this xr1000. The hue sync app tells me that my sync box needs to be on the same network as the hue bridge...they are. The bridge is plugged into port 3 on the xr and the sync box is on 2.4 wifi. Philips told me that it could be the router is isolating the wifi from the LAN. I look all thru the dumaos web app and cant find anything about isolating wifi. Any thoughts? Thank you....
Newfie
Hi and welcome Go to the WAN setting and check. It’s under settings, setup, WAN settings and check IGMP is on. I think it’s disabled by default and that may be the issue. Netduma Liam

Great suggestion above! It may also be worth separating the two Wi-Fi networks if you haven't already. To do this go to the Wireless settings and disable 'SmartConnect'.
