The ISP thinks the errors/lack of geofiltering is due to my speeds and modem capacity. I'm getting 350mb download and got an Arris DG2470A 3.0 modem. I think it is very unlikely to make a difference to be honest, it's a DumaOS error and therefore unlikely related to an external factor.
