lorsque vous connectez le r2 en Ethernet directement a votre ONT comment obtenez vous internet sur le R2  ?

The OTN just has an ethernet port  and cable that i put straight to the R2 routers WAN port.  And then on the R2, i give it the same PPPoE settings i was given for the old router

Okay ! So you are in pppoe! There are 3 possibilities to connect an ONT directly on the R2 (without the ISP box) either by pppoe identifier like you, or via dhcp option, or by vlan tag. (It depends on your ISP) To do with the developers to understand what is causing the problem and find a solution! ISPs in France have abandoned pppoe to bypass the ISP box because it poses problems on very high speed connections

Ahh, thank you! that is very helpful! i will investigate this a bit further tomorrow and perhaps, if one of the Netduma Devs pick this up, it may help them find me a solution quicker!!  Thanks again!

If you could i would appreciate that.  Would i get an email or just keep up to date on this thread?

Will do, we'd update the topic.

Ahh PPPoE, that is almost certainly the cause then and having the other router above the R2 handling PPPoE instead will be why you can then get higher.
