Sorry to say that it's unlikely we would do this to be honest, given it is quite an old game it would take more time and resources to keep it up to date than there would be people using it, we tend to focus on the last few recent CoD games. Though when you boot up the game you should see all available servers pinged on the Geo-Filter Map so you can then use that information to influence your settings. CoD also generally keeps the servers in the same locations so you could ping any of the CoD games on Heatmap and the likelihood is a server for Ghosts will be there - it really depends if they've taken any servers offline given its age which we have seen in the past.
