Hey, welcome to the forum!

Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please with what you're seeing when you get a high ping game?

So half the time it wont connect to a server, it gets up in the 90-120 range and just sits for 5min. But either way, I have yet to get a lobby under 80 ping in a game where i can get 40-50 ping regularly with my basic comcast modem/router.

Sorry, I see that the ping assist is cut out, I'm set to 50

What is the lowest ping server Ping Heatmap shows is available to you? (Resync the cloud first then ping)

What is the allowed peer on the map, is that a friend?

Put Ping Assist to 0 as that could get you games outside your radius.

When I try to use the ping heatmap it just says failed on the bottom right and has N/A ms next to every server

Yeah you need to resync the cloud first as we did an update to fix that

I guess I dont understand, I sync'd the cloud, set the ping assist to 40 and it takes 15-20 min for warzone to find a server. It shows multiple 14ms servers right by me.

Ping Assist is an assist, not really recommended to use as a standalone filter, if there are those low ping servers around you then the radius/polygon would be sufficient to force those for you

I have done that, I have been trying to load into a game for over 30 min now. I searched as long as 11min one time, It wont put me in a lobby...

Try this:

  1. Quit the application/game/client completely
  2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
  3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC)
  4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
  5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
  6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
  7. Wait 2 minutes
  8. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works better.
