I think I've correctly performed the factory reset steps correctly by holding the factory rested button down for 30 seconds but the router seem unresponsive after. Netduma Liam Posted January 19, 2022 Share Posted January 19, 2022 We don't actually, but I'll get one added! How are you checking the IP address, using the ipconfig command? It may be that you need to force a new IP since the reset, to do this enter ipconfig /renew in the command prompt. If you need any help doing this, please let us know.
