I think I've correctly performed the factory reset steps correctly by holding the factory rested button down for 30 seconds but the router seem unresponsive after. Plugging in a laptop directly into the router but it won't assign the laptop an IP address. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It may be that you need to force a new IP since the reset, to do this enter ipconfig /renew in the command prompt. If you need any help doing this, please let us know.
